I
Digital products.
We build focused AI products around decision-making, knowledge, and operating leverage.
We build digital products and bespoke AI transformation services for teams that need production systems, better delivery curves, and fewer expensive experiments.
The system
I
We build focused AI products around decision-making, knowledge, and operating leverage.
II
We work directly with engineering organizations when AI tooling spend has not turned into faster delivery.
III
The same product, workflow, and infrastructure discipline powers both client work and our own ventures.
Proof
The service line exists for teams that already bought the tools and still need the operating model to make them pay back.
Recent engagement
Measured in merged work that shipped to customers, not raw PR count. No headcount change. The work was repo readiness, agentic workflow, and team topology.
Products & services
The products are independent venture lines. The service line is available now for engineering organizations turning AI adoption into measurable delivery gains.
Decision Intelligence
Maps the downstream consequences of strategic decisions before you commit.
Decision Atlas is a decision intelligence platform for boards, operators, and strategy teams. It models the second- and third-order consequences of strategic choices — hiring, pricing, org structure, M&A, launch sequencing — as a structured graph instead of a narrative deck. Most strategic decisions are made from a slide and a hallway. The downstream effects show up a quarter later, when the reorg has already stuck or the pricing has already leaked. Atlas surfaces those effects before the decision is made: what else moves, who gets loaded, where the retention risk sits, and what the realistic range of outcomes looks like across the next two to six quarters. The product is currently in stealth with a small group of design partners across Series B–D SaaS. We publish nothing about it publicly until the first cohort of structured decisions has shipped measurable outcomes.
Knowledge Infrastructure
Turns scattered team knowledge into a structured system you can act on.
Carmen OS is a knowledge operating system for teams that have accumulated a decade of Notion pages, Slack threads, and tribal context — and still can't answer basic questions about their own work without pinging three people. The premise is that most "knowledge management" tools are optimizing for the wrong primitive. Documents and wikis assume the unit of value is a page you read. Carmen OS assumes the unit is a decision you act on: what was decided, who owns the consequence, what the current state of that decision is, and what contradicts it. The system extracts those decisions from existing sources, keeps them linked to the work that implements them, and makes them searchable in the language the team actually uses. Carmen OS is upcoming. We are talking to a small set of founding design partners now and expect a public beta in late 2026.
Service line
Builds the operating model engineering teams need to get real output from AI.

I · Impetus
We pick real problems with paying markets, validate them fast, and ship only what the market will pay for. Progress is measured in revenue and retention, not demos.
II · Libertas
Each venture operates as its own company with its own team, roadmap, and brand. The studio provides leverage, not oversight theatre.
III · Perduro
Clean architecture, resilient systems, and honest unit economics — designed to hold up as usage and the business grow over years.
