## Zap steps

1. **Trigger: Schedule by Zapier** — Every day at 7:00.
2. **Action: Webhooks by Zapier → POST**
   - URL: `https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/carmentara~procurement-radar/runs?waitForFinish=120&memory=512`
   - Headers: `Authorization` = `Bearer {{APIFY_TOKEN}}`, `Content-Type` = `application/json`
   - Payload (raw JSON): same body as Make blueprint (`sources: sam+ted`, `onlyNew: true`, `maxResults: 50`, CPV 72/48, NAICS 541511/541512, `samApiKey`).
3. **Filter** — Only continue if `data status` is `SUCCEEDED`.
4. **Action: Webhooks by Zapier → GET**
   - URL: `https://api.apify.com/v2/actor-runs/{{id}}/dataset/items?limit=100&clean=true`
   - Same Authorization header.
5. **Action: Code by Zapier (JavaScript)** — map items to a Slack `text` string (title, url, buyer, deadline, source). Cap at 20 lines.
6. **Action: Slack → Send Channel Message** (or Webhooks POST to incoming webhook).
7. **Paths (optional):** error path when status ≠ SUCCEEDED → Slack warning.
