## Zap steps

1. **Schedule** — daily 8:00.
2. **Webhooks POST** → `https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/carmentara~shopify-app-intel/runs?waitForFinish=180&memory=512`  
   Body: `mode=apps`, your `appHandles`, `onlyNew=true`, `maxItems=20`, `maxPpeChargeUSD=1`.
3. **Filter** — `data status` = `SUCCEEDED`.
4. **Webhooks GET** dataset items.
5. **Code by Zapier** — keep rows with `pricingChanged === true`; format Slack text with app name, plans, store URL.
6. **Slack** — send message (skip or send “0 changes” if empty).
7. Error path → Slack warning.
