Agreement
By using carmentara.com or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information. Separate written agreements govern paid consulting, venture work, or investment relationships once executed.
What we provide here
The site describes Carmentara OÜ, our ventures, and our consulting practice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell securities, a commitment to invest, or a binding proposal for services until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Your conduct
You will not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in violation of our
robots.txt, or overloading our infrastructure). You represent that
information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to contact us on behalf of any entity you name.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Carmentara OÜ unless otherwise noted. You may link to public pages; you may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimer
Materials are provided “as is” for general information. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Estonian law, Carmentara OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site alone is limited to one hundred (100) euros unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union where applicable. Courts in Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to rights you may have as a consumer elsewhere.
