Carmen OS

Upcoming

Turns scattered team knowledge into a structured system you can act on.

Carmen OS is a knowledge operating system for teams that have accumulated a decade of Notion pages, Slack threads, and tribal context — and still can’t answer basic questions about their own work without pinging three people.

The premise is that most “knowledge management” tools are optimizing for the wrong primitive. Documents and wikis assume the unit of value is a page you read. Carmen OS assumes the unit is a decision you act on: what was decided, who owns the consequence, what the current state of that decision is, and what contradicts it. The system extracts those decisions from existing sources, keeps them linked to the work that implements them, and makes them searchable in the language the team actually uses.

Carmen OS is upcoming. We are talking to a small set of founding design partners now and expect a public beta in late 2026.
